About The Event
On December 11, 2024, Azamgarh Public School organized a grand event to commemorate Human Rights Day, bringing together students, educators, and esteemed guests to reflect on the importance of dignity, freedom, and equality for all.
The program was graced by Prof. Mohammad Mohibul Haque, Ph.D., a distinguished professor from Aligarh Muslim University, as the Chief Guest. His presence added immense value to the event. The celebration began with a soulful welcome song performed by the students, followed by a formal welcome by Mr. Mohammad Noman, the school manager, and Ms. Rupal Pandya, the principal. Prof. Haque was honored with a token of appreciation, while Prof. Shafiuzzaman was also felicitated.
Key Highlights of the Event:
Prof. Haque, in his enlightening address, emphasized:
“Human rights are not just legal terms but a commitment to the dignity and freedom of every individual. Our youth must develop a deep understanding of these rights to become their strongest advocates.”
School Manager Mr. Mohammad Noman remarked, “The respect for human rights is the hallmark of a civilized society. This event will inspire our students to become responsible citizens.”
Principal Ms. Rupal Pandya shared her thoughts, “Today reminds us that protecting human rights is both our duty and the foundation of a harmonious society.”
The day also featured various activities such as Speeches, Poster Making, Debate, and Slogan Writing.
Students showcased their creativity and passion while highlighting the significance of human rights. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of the students, teachers, and organizing team.
